We will not be getting a 'stimulus check' with the 2009 stimulus plan endorsed by Obama.

Everyone making under $190,000 for couples filing jointly & $95,000 for single filers, will get a tax credit (the money will come as a little extra each paycheck (about 13$).

You can choose to opt out and get it in a lump sum next year, but no check for 2009 (unless you're owed money from the 2008 stimulus package).
