Several fast food chains can be found for a quick place to eat, but there are not a lot of recommended places to eat right near the Track. The "downtown area" is generally considered to be bordered by 23rd St. to the North, College Ave. to the East, South St. to the South, and White River Parkway to the West. The center of downtown Indianapolis is referred to as Monument Circle.
